How do I request a withdrawal?

Step by step

1. Open Wallet and switch to Withdraw.
2. Choose the asset and enter an amount within your available balance.
3. Enter the destination for the network shown in the form.
4. Confirm with your current password and review the request in your transaction history.

Check the destination carefully

For BTC, use a Bitcoin mainnet address. Other supported withdrawal assets use the 0x address format and the network specified by the wallet. A matching address format alone does not prove that your receiving service supports that network. Verify both before submitting. Processing time is not guaranteed by the request confirmation.
